April 29th
  We are having a lot of rain, so our discing and plowing are going to have to wait. Hubby is still working on his equipment for this year, so he has something to do while its bad weather.
   As for me I am helping him plus getting some things done inside, I mulched some flower beds and  I'm still waiting for the garden to get tilled so I can plant. I did have one area tilled so I could plant peas and spinach which have just popped up.. Our lawnmower is broke down so that can't be done right now either.
  A Spring time rain, some flowers are out and with this rain more will be coming. I love Spring..

 It is now time to get ready for Spring planting, except we are still getting equipment ready and waiting for the ground to dry out some. We will be having turkey manure spread on our fields first. Oh yeah we have another piece of land we are renting for crops. Which will be in corn this year. I will try to take pics the best I can. 
  We purchased another piece of equipment: 1972 Oliver 1655 tractor, a used planter Deutz Allis 6 row, for hubby to transfer to a planter of his making.. will post pics once I get some..
